Tonight we gather to celebrate Bright Water Waldorf School! May we continue to deepen into the love that is at the heart of our community on behalf of our children and the future students to come!

Below you will find all the information you will need to have a fabulous time this evening! Scroll down for program details, the delicious hors d’oeuvres menu, the amazing Live Auction and Raffle items, and how the bidding will work for live auction. Read on but don’t keep your eyes on the screen all night! Get up, enjoy the company of this beautiful community, bid, and have fun!


Evening Program

  • 5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. Welcome! Check-in/arrival

  • 5:45 p.m. Buffet-style appetizers available from De la Soil. Drinks available from Copperworkd Distilling Company

  • 6:15 p.m. Welcome, introductions from our host, and words from Amy Hirotaka (Advancement Circle Leader) and Bryan McGriff (Board Circle Leader)

  • 6:30 p.m. Crowdsource Choir experience with Joel DeJong

  • 7:15: Live Auction Begins! Get ready to bid on class projects!

  • 7:30 p.m. Raise the Paddle Challenge

  • 7:45 p.m. Raffle drawing for themed baskets

  • 8:00 p.m. Live auction ends

  • 8:00 - 8:30 p.m. Checkout, Gratitude and Goodbyes!

 

Guide to the Evening

  • Registration and Check-in
    When you check in at the cashier station, you will provide a credit card, receive a bid number, your auction paddle, and drink tickets. All winning bids and purchases will be charged to your credit card on file. 

  • Drinks & Drink Ticket

    Two drink tickets are included in your purchase of a ticket to attend the gala. Additional drink tickets are available for purchase at the check-in counter for $5 each. 

  • Auction Rules
    All sales are final and no exchanges or refunds on items unless specified. Some items/packages require coordination with the donor(s). The auction team has attempted to describe items correctly. There is no warranty, representation, or assumption of liability, and items have not been professionally appraised.

  • Live Auction
    Winning bids are acknowledged by the auctioneer and will constitute a legal contract to buy.

Raffle tickets will be available to purchase until 7:45. Raffle tickets cost $10 each. The raffle will take place during the live auction.
